Read client testimonials about my work here!

  • All work is digital: All designed products and projects are supplied to the client as a digital file. For professional and legal reasons, I do not provide editable files or fonts. All photography supplied will also be edited within my style and abilities, but no RAW or unedited files will be shared. Any requests for adjustments to digital files must be submitted within one week of receiving the order as project files are only retained for two weeks. Any additional editing requests thereafter may incur a fee or may be deducted from any purchased package.
  • Pre-purchasing required: Design bundles and packages must be purchased prior to the start of any design work as all work is digital and unlike physical products, are unable to be returned back. Payment and installment plans are available upon request and service will be planned according to your payment schedule. Clients may also pay per project via the a la carte option. I process all payments online through Venmo or Stripe and proudly accept Destination Door County Gift Certificates.
  • All sales are final: Hours of hard work go into each project and while I do not offer refunds, I am happy to try, within reason, to adjust your project to better suit your needs. Service packages and bundles are non-refundable and are non-transferrable. In the event service is discontinued, any unused package elements will remain available to the purchaser for the remainder of the term year for the original business only. Please contact me if your business changes names or ownership so the information may be updated in my system.
  • Order Queues: Orders are completed as quickly as possible or many times, ahead of schedule, but your patience is appreciated during the proofing and revision process, busy season, and during times of heavy workload. As a solo designer, my work is not outsourced in any capacity which means I juggle many hats! When a client submits a project request, it goes into my work queue. Once an update, mockup, or final file is sent to a client, the project returns to the queue if any changes are requested. This allows for a continually rotating system for client projects to be worked on during business hours. Since every client is in a different part of the process, turnover times will vary by order and project. I will contact a client with any follow-up questions on a project. In fairness to my other clients, if I do not hear back from a client within 24-hours, their project will be returned to my queue.
  • Communication: Clients are welcome to send a message via email or through the Client Access Portal at any time. Messages will be responded to as soon as possible during standard business hours, which are Monday-Friday. Please note that sending repeat messages will not expedite your project. I am closed on all major holidays.
  • Appointment Cancellations: Please contact me as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. I understand that life and illness happen. If you are ill, I ask that you please reschedule or request a phone appointment in order to avoid passing on your illness. There is no fee to cancel or reschedule. In the event that I am ill or have a scheduling conflict, I reserve the right to reschedule appointments as necessary.
  • Weather Cancellations: In the event of inclement weather, including but not limited to rain, storms, or extreme heat, non-contracted outdoor photography sessions may be rescheduled. While no refunds will be issued, clients will be offered an alternative session date at no additional charge. In order to prevent equipment damage, photography will not take place if it is raining. Please note, I do not offer complimentary reshoots due to any weather related circumstances such as low light, overcast, or cloudy skies.
  • Privacy: I respect your privacy and for that reason, I do not sell client lists or any personal information whatsoever. What you provide is used strictly for the purpose of my design or writing services. In the event work is displayed in my portfolio, information like phone numbers or addresses may get altered upon my discretion.
  • Design Uniqueness: Custom designs will not be resold to other individuals or businesses. "Premades," such as for event invites, may be available for sale in my shop. Premades will be marked as such and may only be available for a limited time. Premade business elements may not be trademarked in any capacity. All work is formed based on information provided by the client. Premades may need to be adjusted due to the quantity of information or elements like length of names.
  • Copyright: By creation, I own all work that I create including graphic design, video, writing, and photography. By hiring me, you are giving me permission to use your business name, slogan, logo, details, or any other applicable element, to create items in your order. Clients will receive usage rights to all purchased work and I will retain a copy of the work as a backup. I reserve the right to display work I have created on my website, in my portfolio, or for any lawful purpose deemed proper.
  • Transparency: While I have proudly spent over 16+ years developing my skills with graphic design, photography, and writing in my own unique style, I am semi-visually impaired and hard of hearing. I elect to share this information out of transparency as I have profound respect and heart for those with disabilities. I hope that my clients will be sensitive to this. In no way does this hinder my creative ability or orders, but it may result in me opting to request an email versus a phone call or reserving additional time to make project adjustments. Alongside my zero-tolerance policy, I will refuse service to any client, without refund, who in any way discriminates or mocks my vision or hearing in any capacity. Be kind, always.
  • Service Refusal: Though rare, I reserve the right to refuse orders or projects for any reason, including the sensitive nature of the request, any conflict of interest, personal reservations, or a full service schedule. Additionally, if you have had work done by a different designer, please note that I will not perform any work requests from you that may hinder their copyright. Further, I believe in kindness and positivity, and have a zero-tolerance policy for harassment of any kind. I reserve the right to suspend service at any time, for any client, without refund, if I feel unsafe or if the situation warrants severance. Thank you for understanding and respecting this policy.
